These Terms govern your use of the CineVersus app and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use CineVersus.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions & payments
CineVersus offers optional Premium subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel from your store account. Refunds are handled by the respective store.
Content & intellectual property
Movie and series titles, posters and metadata belong to their respective owners and are provided via licensed catalogs. The CineVersus name, app and design are our property.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CineVersus is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
